It would be great if you can make it on time. This way I can offer you the best treatment and you will enjoy the most out of your time at Shikoma. Sometimes circumstances happen and you are not able to make it, if this happens, please let me know as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you, your appointment will be cancelled after 10 min. If you are a no show, you will not be able to book a new appointment in the future

Because I know how difficult it can be to do something for yourself when you have kids, you are more than welcome to bring them to your appointment. Don’t forget to bring a toy so that they can enjoy themselves, this will make your treatment a little bit more relaxed. So don't worry if you don’t have another solution, just let me know in advance and it will be arranged.

Of course, everything is done to ensure that you leave satisfied, but it is also possible that this is not the case. Because time and products have been put into your treatment, I cannot give you a refund. If you contact me within 72 hours, we will look for a suitable solution together.
